低温等离子配合丹参注射液治疗血瘀气滞型腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨低温等离子配合丹参注射液治疗血瘀气滞型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:2017年10月-2019年3月收治腰椎间盘突出症患者90例,随机分为三组,各30例。A组单纯采用腰椎低温等离子髓核消融术治疗;B组采用腰椎低温等离子髓核消融术配合臭氧注射治疗;C组采用腰椎低温等离子髓核消融术配合椎间孔区注射丹参注射液治疗。比较三组治疗效果。结果:所有患者治疗后视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS)、日本骨科协会评估治疗评分(JOA)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)和直腿抬高度数均显著改善,且C组改善情况和治疗总有效率优于B组和A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低温等离子配合丹参注射液治疗血瘀气滞型腰椎间盘突出症的效果理想,可明显缓解患者疼痛,改善腰椎功能,提高直腿抬高度数。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of low temperature plasma combined with salvia miltiorrhiza injection injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation of blood stasis and qi stagnation.Methods:From October 2017 to March 2019,90 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected,they were randomly divided into the three groups with 30 cases in each group.The group A was treated with lumbar hypothermic plasma nucleus pulposus ablation.The group B was treated with lumbar hypothermic plasma nucleus pulposus ablation combined with ozone injection.The group C was treated with lumbar hypothermic plasma nucleus pulposus ablation combined with intervertebral foramen injection of salvia miltiorrhiza injection.We compared the therapeutic effect of three groups.Results:The VAS score,JOA low back pain score,ODI dysfunction index and straight leg elevation in all patients were significantly improved after treatment,and the improvement and total effective rate in the group C were better than those in the group B and the group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hypothermic plasma combined with salvia miltiorrhiza injection is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation of blood stasis and qi stagnation,which can obviously relieve pain,improve lumbar function and increase the height of straight legs.
