银翘犀黄汤加减治疗小儿热毒炽盛型乳蛾52例

摘　　要：目的:观察银翘犀黄汤加减口服治疗小儿热毒炽盛型乳蛾的疗效。方法:收治热毒炽盛型乳蛾患儿52例,应用银翘犀黄汤加减治疗,分析临床疗效。结果:52例患儿中,痊愈42例(80.77%),有效8例(15.39%),无效2例(3.84%);总有效率为96.15%。结论:银翘犀黄汤加减口服治疗小儿热毒炽盛型乳蛾,效果显著。Objective:To observe the curative effect of modified Yinqiao Xihuang decoction in the treatment of children with nippled moth which belongs to the noxious heat type.Methods:52 cases of children with nippled moth which belongs to the noxious heat type were enrolled,they were all treated with modified Yinqiao Xihuang decoction,the therapeutic effects was analyzed.Results:In the 52 children,42(80.77%)cases were cured,8(15.39%)cases were effective and 2(3.84%)cases were invalid.The total effective rate was 96.15%.Conclusion:Modified Yinqiao Xihuang decoction has remarkable effect for the nippled moth which belongs to the noxious heat type.
