摘　　要：目的:评价呼吸训练器在老年髋部骨折患者围手术期对肺部并发症的预防效果。方法:2018年1-12月收治老年髋部骨折患者112例,随机分为两组,各56例。对照组采用常规呼吸道管理;试验组在常规呼吸道管理基础上使用呼吸训练器。比较两组患者肺部并发症情况、术前等待时间、平均住院时间及住院满意度。结果:试验组患者肺部并发症发生率、术前等待时间、平均住院时间及住院满意度均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在髋部骨折患者围手术期采用呼吸训练器进行肺功能锻炼,能有效降低肺部并发症发生率,有助于缩短患者术前等待时间及平均住院时间,提高患者满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of respiratory training device on prevention of pulmonary complications in elderly patients with hip fracture during perioperative period.Methods:From January to December 2018,112 elderly patients with hip fracture were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 56 cases in each.The control group was given routine respiratory management.The experimental group was given respiratory training device on the basis of routine respiratory management.We compared the pulmonary complications,the waiting time before operation,the average hospitalization time and the satisfaction of hospitalization between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the incidence of pulmonary complications,the waiting time before operation,the average hospitalization time and the satisfaction of hospitalization were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the perioperative period of hip fracture patients,the application of respiratory training apparatus for lung function exercise can effectively reduce the incidence of pulmonary complications,shorten the waiting time before operation and the average hospitalization time,and improve the patients'satisfaction.
