国内糖尿病微信管理现状分析

摘　　要：以2019年1月为时间截点,“血糖”“糖尿病”“微信”为主题词,检索近10年中国学术文献总库(CNKI)中有关微信应用于糖尿病患者疾病管理效果的研究,进行文献筛选和资料提取,具体分析微信平台应用于糖尿病慢病管理的发展情况。结果显示,基于微信平台的互动干预方式的糖尿病健康管理模式日趋成熟,能有效改善糖尿病患者血糖控制效果,延缓并发症,有助于提高患者生活质量。Taking January 2019 as the time cut-off point,"blood glucose","diabetes"and"wechat"as the subject words,we searched the research on the effect of wechat on disease management of diabetic patients in the past 10 years in China's academic literature base(CNKI),we carried out literature screening and data extraction,and specifically analyzed the development of wechat platform in the management of diabetic chronic diseases.The results show that the interactive intervention based on wechat platform is becoming more and more mature,it can effectively improve the effect of blood glucose control,delay complications and improve the quality of life of diabetic patients.
