摘  要:目的评价芫参颗粒对小鼠运动能力的影响及其抗疲劳作用。方法将小鼠随机分为空白对照组(生理盐水)、芫参颗粒低(10g/Kg)、中(20g/Kg)、高(40g/Kg)剂量组,每日一次灌胃给药,在连续给药30天后进行负重游泳试验,并测定小鼠游泳后的血乳酸、尿素氮以及肝糖原和肌糖原的含量。结果芫参颗粒低、中、高剂量组在连续给药30天后均可显著延长小鼠的负重游泳时间(P<0.05),可明显降低小鼠在游泳后的全血乳酸和血清尿素氮水平(P<0.05),且可显著提升肝糖原和肌糖原水平(P<0.05)。结论芫参颗粒可有效提升小鼠的运动能力和体内抗疲劳能力,有望进一步研究开发。Objective:To evaluate the effect of Yuanshen granule on the exercise ability of mice and its anti-fatigue effect in vivo.Methods:The mice were randomly divided into blank control group(normal saline),low(10g/Kg),medium(20g/Kg)and high(40g/Kg)dosage groups,and were administrated orally once a day.After 30 days of continuous administration,the weight-bearing swimming test was conducted,and the blood lactic acid,urea nitrogen,liver glycogen and muscle glycogen contents of the mice after swimming were measured.Results:The low,medium and high dose groups of Yuanshen granule could significantly prolong the weight-bearing swimming time of mice(P<0.05),and significantly reduce the whole blood lactic acid and serum urea nitrogen levels of mice after swimming(P<0.05),and could significantly increase the levels of liver glycogen and muscle glycogen(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yuanshen granule can effectively improve the exercise ability and anti-fatigue ability of mice,which is expected to be further studied and developed.
