层级护理管理模式在ICU护理管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨层级护理管理模式在ICU护理管理中的应用效果与价值。方法选择该院2018年1月—2019年6月ICU的护理人员50名和100例患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组(25名、50例)和观察组(25名、50例)。对照组用常规护理管理模式,观察组用层级护理管理模式,比较两组的护理质量评分和护理满意度、护理差错发生率。结果观察组护理人员的护理质量评分(95.2±2.5)分高于对照组(82.7±2.8)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度94.00%高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员的护理差错发生率8.00%低于对照组32.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ICU护理管理中使用层级护理管理模式的效果显著,可显著提高临床护理质量,减少护理人员在护理工作中出现的差错事件,提高对患者的护理管理效果。Objective To explore the application effect and value of hierarchical nursing management model in ICU nursing management.Methods 50 nursing staff in the ICU of the hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as objects,which were randomly divided into control group(25 persons,50 cases)and observation group(25 persons,50 cases).The nursing quality score,nursing satisfaction and nursing error rate in the control group and the observation group were compared with the conventional nursing management model and the hierarchical nursing management model.Results The nursing quality score of nursing staff the observation group(95.2±2.5)points was higher than that of the control group(82.7±2.8)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.00%higher than that of the control group 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing errors in nursing staff the observation group was 8.00%lower than 32.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of hierarchical nursing management in ICU nursing management has a significant effect,which can significantly improve the quality of clinical nursing,reduce the occurrence of errors in nursing work,and improve the nursing management effect on patients.
