探讨PDCA循环法在外科危重症患者管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究PDCA循环法在外科重症患者管理中的应用。方法将2017年1月—2018年5月间收治的112例外科危重症患者分为两组,对照组遵循常规诊治流程管理,观察组在其基础上采用PDCA循环法进行管理,对比两组抢救成功率、院内感染发生率及患者满意度等。结果观察组抢救成功率为98.2%,满意度为96.4%,明显高于对照组的80.3%、78.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组院内感染发生率为3.6%,明显低于对照组的14.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对外科危重症患者采用PDCA循环法管理能有效提高诊疗质量、科室管理质量,还能提高抢救成功率,降低院内感染发生率,具有较高应用价值。Objective To study the application of PDCA circulation method in the management of surgical critical patients.Methods 112 cases of critically ill patients admitted between January 2017 and May 2018 were divided into two groups,the control group followed the routine diagnosis and treatment process,and the observation group was managed on the basis of the PDCA cycle method.The success rate of rescue,the incidence of nosocomial infection and patient satisfaction,etc.Results The rescue rate of the observation group was 98.2%,and the satisfaction rate was 96.4%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,80.3%and 78.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group was 3.6%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group 14.3%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of PDCA circulation method for management of critically ill patients in surgery can effectively improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment,the quality of department management,and can also improve the success rate of rescue and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection,which has a high application value.
