从文献计量学角度探讨提高医院科研管理的策略

摘　　要：目的应用文献计量学方法调查天津市第一中心医院、天津市第三中心医院、天津市人民医院2016—2018年论文发表的数量和质量,了解天津市医学科研水平和科研发展趋势,为完善科研管理制度、提高医疗科研水平提供数据支持。方法检索CBM数据库,对以上3家医院近3年的发文数量、刊载期刊种类、核心期刊发文量、学科分布进行汇总分析。结果天津市第一中心医院、天津市第三中心医院、天津市人民医院3年发文总量分别为1229、672、637;核心期刊发文量分别为829、400、344;发文量最多的期刊分别是天津护理、中国城乡企业卫生、医疗装备;中华医学会期刊发文学科分布最高的科室分别是移植中心、麻醉科、心血管科和脊柱外科(两者并列)。结论3家医院近3年发文数量和质量均呈下降趋势,一中心医院发文量科室分布差异明显。3家机构医学科研整体水平和质量有待提高,应完善科研管理和科研激励机制,加强科研能力的培训,加大与国内外各医疗机构的合作交流。Objective To investigate the quantity and quality of papers published in the First Central Hospital of Tianjin,the Third Central Hospital of Tianjin,and the People's Hospital of Tianjin in 2016-2018 by using bibliometric methods,to understand the level of medical research and development trends,to provide data support for improving the scientific research management system and improving the level of medical research.Methods The CBM database was searched,and the number of articles published,types of journals published in the past three years,the number of core journal articles published,and subject distribution were summarized and analyzed.Results The total number of articles issued by Tianjin First Central Hospital,Tianjin Third Central Hospital,and Tianjin People's Hospital in three years was 1229,672,and 637 respectively;the core journals published 829,400,and 344;It is Tianjin Nursing,China's urban and rural enterprise health,medical equipment;the departments with the highest distribution of journals issued by the Chinese Medical Association are the transplant center,anesthesiology,cardiovascular and spinal surgery(both in parallel).Conclusion The quantity and quality of documents issued by the three hospitals have shown a downward trend in the past three years.The distribution of the amount of documents issued by one central hospital is significantly different.The overall level and quality of medical research in the three institutions need to be improved.Research management and research incentive mechanisms should be improved,training in research capabilities should be strengthened,and cooperation and exchanges with medical institutions at home and abroad should be increased.
