摘 要:目的分析在皮肤科护理管理中应用持续质量改进的效果。方法选取44例自2018年1—10月期间来皮肤科治疗皮肤病的患者作为对照组,再选取44例自2019年1—10月期间来皮肤科治疗皮肤病的患者作为改进组,改进组实施持续质量改进管理,对照组应用常规管理。分析两种管理方式干预后各组的护理质量、不良事件发生率以及护理满意度。结果改进组护理质量和护理满意度高于对照组,改进组发生不良事件的概率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在皮肤科护理管理中应用持续质量改进的效果显著。Objective To analyze the effect of continuous quality improvement in dermatology nursing management.Methods Forty-four patients from January to October 2018 who came to the dermatology department to treat skin diseases were selected as the control group,and then another 44 patients from January to October 2019 who came to the dermatology department to treat skin diseases were selected as an improvement group,the improvement group implemented continuous quality improvement management,and the control group applied routine management.The nursing quality,incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction of each group after the intervention of the two management methods were analyzed.Results The nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of the improved group were higher than that of the control group,and the probability of adverse events in the improved group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous quality improvement in dermatology nursing management is significant.
