心血管内科应用护理风险管理的临床价值

摘　　要：目的分析心血管内科应用护理风险管理的临床价值。方法选取2016年2月—2018年3月该院护理人员21名为研究对象,依据时间前后2016年2月—2017年2月为护理人员进行常规管理,为对照组,2017年3月—2018年3月对护理人员进行风险管理,为观察组,对比两种不同管理方式效果。结果观察组管理方式下不良风险事件显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.018,P<0.05);管理前护理人员护理质量评分差异无统计学意义(t=0.141,P>0.05);管理后观察组护理质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.240、4.821,P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.909,P<0.05)。结论为心血管内科护理人员进行护理风险管理时可有效控制护理风险,提升护理质量,有临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical value of applied nursing risk management in cardiovascular medicine.Methods 21 cases of nursing staff in the hospital from February 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the research object.According to the time from February 2016 to February 2017,the nursing staff were routinely managed as the control group,from March 2017 to March 2018,the risk management of nursing staff was conducted as an observation group to compare the effects of two different management methods.Results There were significantly less adverse risk events in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.018,P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the nursing quality scores of nursing staff before management,and there was no statistical significance difference(t=0.141,P>0.05);the nursing quality score of the observation group after management was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance difference(t=5.240,4.821,P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.909,P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing risk management for cardiovascular medical staff can effectively control nursing risks,improve nursing quality,and have clinical application value.
