基于AHKGA大数据平台下的深圳市儿童青少年身体活动研究

摘　　要：本文采用全球儿童青少年活力健康联盟(Active Health Kids Global Alliance,AHKGA)构建的"全球儿童青少年身体活动评价指标体系",对深圳市儿童青少年身体活动进行2年跟踪调查和对比研究。通过分层随机抽样方法,于2017年和2018年分别调查了2780名和5923名深圳市4-12年级儿童青少年的身体活动水平。结果显示:2018年深圳市儿童青少年身体活动整体水平为C-级,略高于2017年D+级;个人行为维度为D+级,其中总体身体活动指标(39.1%)较2017年(21%)有显著提高;影响因素维度为C+级,较2017年的D级有明显提高;深圳市儿童青少年整体身体活动水平处于全球平均水平,但有组织性的身体活动参与程度较低(20.2%),久坐行为时间过长(<2h的比例为20%)。Adopt the global child and adolescent vitality health alliance(Active Health Kids Global Alliance,AHKGA)to build a global child and adolescent physical activity evaluation index system,through stratified random sampling method,surveyed 2780 and 5923 Shenzhen in 2017 and 2018 Physical activity level of children and adolescents in grades 4-12.The results show that the overall level of physical activity of children and adolescents in Shenzhen in 2018 was C-level,slightly higher than that in 2017(D+);the personal behavior dimension was D+level,in which the overall physical activity index(39.1%)was higher than that in 2017(21%)significant improvement;the dimension of influencing factors is C+level,which is significantly higher than that of D level in 2017;the overall physical activity level of children and adolescents in Shenzhen is at the global average,but the level of organized physical activity participation is low(20.2%),sedentary behavior is too long(<2h ratio is 20%).
