摘  要:在集装箱查验过程中,检疫处理后的熏蒸剂残留、集装箱内装货物逸散的有毒有害挥发性有机物(VOCs)会对现场查验人员的健康造成不可预判的潜在威胁,是目前口岸集装箱现场查验亟待解决的主要矛盾之一。本文以集装箱熏蒸剂残留以及危险化学品、固体废弃物等挥发的有毒有害VOCs的快速检测与识别为目标,在车载式集装箱辐射成像系统上集成了基于气相色谱-离子迁移谱(GC-IMS)联用技术且具自动定位取样的气味嗅探仪,实现了集装箱在快速机检查验过程中同步实现箱内有毒有害VOCs及熏蒸剂残留的快速侦测,为集装箱的现场人工查验提供安全保障。During the inspection process of containers,the residual fumigation agent after quarantine treatment,the toxic and harmful volatile organic compounds(VOCs)of the cargo in the container are potential threats to the health of the inspectors on the spot,which is one of the main problems to be solved.Based on the combination of GC-IMS and automatic positioning sampling technology,this paper is aimed for the rapid detection and identification of toxic and hazardous VOCs such as container fumigation agent residues,hazardous chemicals and solid waste.Thus,rapid detection of VOCs,fumigation residues and the radiation imaging process are realized at the same time,which can ensure safety for the on-site manual inspection of containers.
