摘　　要：目的探讨便携式笔记本超声诊断仪在突发性事故现场腹部闭合性损伤检查中的医护配合。方法选取2016年8月~2019年1月156例突发性事故现场腹部闭合性损伤患者,均选择便携式笔记本超声诊断仪检查,观察评估156例经检查后的AAST评分分级、诊断符合率及脏器损伤类型。结果156例突发性事故现场腹部闭合性损伤患者经AAST量表评估后,其中Ⅰ级24例、Ⅱ级58例、Ⅲ级46例、Ⅳ级28例;经便携式笔记本超声诊断后发现为脾破裂120例(76.92%),肝破裂30例(19.23%),肝脾联合破裂6例(3.85%);经手术确诊共154例无误,诊断符合率为98.72%;其余2例经AAST评分为Ⅲ级患者。结论便携式笔记本超声诊断仪应用于突发性事故现场腹部闭合性损伤检查中具有较高的临床价值,通过相应医护配合有利于快速分类、分流,实施合适治疗措施,对挽救生命具有积极作用,值得应用及推广。Objective To explore the doctor-nurse cooperation in the examination of abdominal closed injury at the sudden accident scene using the portable notebook ultrasound diagnostic apparatus.Methods A total of 156 patients with sudden abdominal closed injury at the sudden accident scene who were examined with the portable notebook ultrasound diagnostic apparatus from August 2016 to January 2019 were selected.The AAST score grading,diagnostic compliance rates and organ damage types after examination were observed and evaluated.Results Of the 156 patients,24 patients with gradeⅠ,58 patients with gradeⅡ,46 patients with gradeⅢand 28 patients with gradeⅣwere found through AAST evaluation.And 120 patients with spleen rupture,accounting for 76.92%,30 patients with liver rupture,accounting for 19.23%,and 6 patients with both liver and spleen ruptures,accounting for 3.85%were detected by the portable notebook ultrasound diagnostic apparatus.A total of 154 patients were confirmed by surgery,suggesting a diagnostic coincidence rate of 98.72%,and the rest 2 patients were classified as gradeⅢby AAST evaluation.Conclusion The portable notebook ultrasound diagnostic apparatus has high clinical value in the examination of abdominal closed injury at the sudden accident scene.Corresponding doctor-nurse cooperation is conducive to rapid classification,distribution and implementing appropriate treatment measures,which has a positive effect on saving lives and is worthy of application and promotion.
