精细化管理在医院科研管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨精细化管理在医院科研管理中的应用效果.方法 该院于2016年3月起开始实施精细化管理,随机选取医院医护人员44名,比较实施精细化管理前后医护人员的课题申请率、论文发表率和医院科研管理质量.结果 实施精细化管理后的课题申请率、论文发表率(36.36%、63.64%)高于实施前(4.55%、9.09%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施精细化管理后的经费管理评分(22.47±1.53)分、科研氛围评分(22.25±2.08)分、人才培养评分(22.68±1.92)分、管理效能评分(22.37±2.14)分高于实施前的(18.56±2.29)分、(17.39±3.58)分、(18.74±3.32)分、(18.46±3.28)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在医院科研管理中的应用精细化管理能够有效提高科研管理质量,收获满意的科研成果.Objective To explore the application of refined management in hospital research management.Methods The hospital started to implement refined management in March 2016,and 44 hospital medical staff were randomly selected to compare the application rate of topics,the publication rate of papers,and the quality of hospital research management before and after the implementation of refined management.Results The application rate and publication rate of thesis after the implementation of refined management(36.36%,63.64%)were higher than before(4.55%,9.09%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the score of financial management(22.47±1.53)points,scientific research atmosphere(22.25±2.08)points,talent training(22.68±1.92)points and management effectiveness(22.37±2.14)points were higher than before(18.56±2.29)points,(17.39±3.58)points,(18.74±3.32)points and(18.46±3.28)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined management in hospital research management can effectively improve the quality of research management and reap satisfactory research results.
