那曲市色尼区心血管疾病高危人群筛查与危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的 了解掌握那曲市色尼区35~75岁人群心血管病高危人群检出情况,分析危险因素,为防治心血管病提供科学依据.方法 选取2016年10月—2017年10月607名那曲市色尼区35~75岁常住居民签署完知情同意书后纳入研究对象,采用统一问卷调查表和实验室检测方法进行数据收集.结果 色尼区共筛查35~75岁人群607名,其中男性322名,占53.04%,女性285名,占46.96%.高危检出率为29.65%,其中男性39.13%、女性18.95%.心血管病高危因素高中血压275名,占45.30%;吸烟153名,占25.21%;饮酒218名,占35.91%;疾病史者31名,占5.11%.结论 那曲市色尼区市35~75岁心血管病高危人群中男性高危率高于女性,男、女高危率均和年龄的增长有关,当地居民心血管病高危因素主要是高血压、饮酒、血脂异常、吸烟、饮酒等.不同性别间心血管病高危因素暴露率不同.Objective To understand the detection status of cardiovascular disease at high risk among the 35 to 75-year-olds in Sene District,Naqu City,analyze the risk factors,and provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease.Methods 607 residents aged 35-75 years in Seni District of Naqu City from October 2016 to October 2017 were included in the study after signing the informed consent.Data were collected using a unified questionnaire and laboratory testing methods.Results A total of 607 people aged 35 to 75 were screened in the Sene district,of which 322 were males,accounting for 53.04%,and 285 were females,accounting for 46.96%.The high-risk detection rate was 29.65%,of which 39.13%were male and 18.95%were female.Among the high-risk factors for cardiovascular disease,275 had high blood pressure,accounting for 45.30%;153 had smoked,accounting for 25.21%;218 had alcohol consumption,accounting for 35.91%;31 had history of disease,accounting for 5.11%.Conclusion The high-risk rate of men is higher than that of women in the 35-to 75-year-old cardiovascular disease population in Sene District,Naqu City.The high-risk rate of men and women is related to age.Dyslipidemia,smoking,drinking,etc.The rates of exposure to high-risk factors for cardiovascular disease differ between genders.
