摘  要:以期望确认模型ECM-IS作为参考框架,结合感知价值理论,引入环境态度、感知趣味性、感知风险性3个新的影响因素,构建共享单车用户持续使用意愿的结构方程模型。结果表明:ECM-IS模型中除感知有用性对持续使用意愿的正向影响没有得到验证,其他均得到很好的验证;环境态度对满意度具有显著正向影响;环境态度和感知趣味性对持续使用意愿具有显著正向影响;感知风险性对持续使用意愿的负向影响未能通过验证。Taking the Expected Confirmation Model of IS Continuance(ECM-IS)as a reference frame,combined with the perceived value theory,and introducing three new influencing factors of environmental attitude,perceived playfulnessand perceived risk,it constructed a structural equation model of the shared bicycle users'using continued willingness.The result shows:in ECM-IS model,except that the positive effect of perceived usefulness on the continued use willingness has not been verified,all others are well verified;the environmental attitude has a significant positive effect on satisfaction;the environmental attitude and perceived playfulness have significant positive effect on continued use willingness;the negative effect of perceived risks on continued use willingness is not verified.
