奥扎格雷钠对急性脑梗死患者侧支循环的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究注射用奥扎格雷钠治疗缺血性脑卒中患者疗效性及对侧支循环的影响。方法以三明市中西医结合医院2017年1月—2018年1月治疗的缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,采用随机抽取方式,确定136例患者为该次研究对象,分为治疗组70例,对照组66例,对照组采用常规治疗手段,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加奥扎格雷钠80 mg加入250 mL生理盐水中静滴,使用TCD监测侧支循环情况,观察两组侧支循环开放程度及临床疗效情况。结果治疗组总有效率为85.71%,对照组总有效率为69.70%(χ^2=5.069,P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。治疗组在治疗1周与2周后,神经功能缺损评分皆优于对照组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者在治疗1周、2周后,侧支循环开放程度的改善情况明显优于对照组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷钠是能够改善缺血性脑卒中患者侧支循环,改善临床疗效。值得临床使用。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of ozagrel sodium injection on patients with ischemic stroke and its effect on collateral circulation.Methods Taking the patients with ischemic stroke treated in Sanming Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2017 to January 2018 as the research object,136 patients were selected as the research object by random selection,and divided into treatment group 70 cases in the treatment group;66 cases in the control group.The control group uses conventional treatment.The treatment group adds 80 mg of ozagrel sodium to 250 mL of normal saline on the basis of conventional treatment.Using TCD to monitor the collateral circulation,observe the degree of collateral circulation opening and clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 85.71%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 69.70%(χ^2=5.069,P<0.05).After 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,the neurological deficit scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the data comparison was statistically significantly difference(P<0.05).After 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment in the treatment group,the improvement of the degree of collateral circulation opening was significantly better than that in the control group,and the data comparison was statistically significantly difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Ozagrel sodium can improve collateral circulation in patients with ischemic stroke and improve clinical efficacy.It is worthy of clinical use.
