孕妇血清TORCH检查中IgM及IgG的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析孕妇血清TORCH检查中IgM及IgG的价值。方法方便选取2018年1月—2019年1月期间来该院进行TORCH检查的200例孕妇作为研究对象,将100名正常妊娠孕妇作为对照组,将100例异常妊娠孕妇作为观察组。两组均采用酶联免疫吸附实验对患者的TORCH-lgM和TORCH-lgG情况进行分析。对比两组检测结果。结果观察组TORCH-lgG阳性检出率为33.0%,对照组检出率为24.0%,两组患者在TORCH-lgG阳性检出率方面差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.987,P=0.159>0.05);观察组患者TORCH-lgM阳性检出率(22.0%)显著高于对照组(4.0%),组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=14.323,P=0.001<0.05)。结论异常妊娠妇女的TORCH-lgM抗体阳性检出率显著高于正常孕妇,孕期对患者进行TORCH有助于降低不良妊娠发生率,对于提高生育质量意义重大。Objective To analyze the value of IgM and IgG in the serum TORCH test of pregnant women.Methods 200 pregnant women who came to the hospital for TORCH examination from January 2018 to January 2019 were convenient selection taken as the research object,100 normal pregnant women as the control group,and 100 abnormal pregnant women as the observation group.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to analyze the TORCH-lgM and TORCH-lgG of the two groups.Compare the test results of the two groups.Results The positive detection rate of TORCH-lgG in the observation group was 33.0%,and the detection rate in the control group was 24.0%.There was no statistical significance in the positive detection rate of TORCH-lgG between the two groups(χ^2=1.987,P=0.159>0.05);The positive detection rate of TORCH-lgM in the observation group(22.0%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(4.0%),and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=14.323,P=0.001<0.05).Conclusion The positive detection rate of TORCH-lgM antibody in abnormal pregnant women is significantly higher than that in normal pregnant women.TORCH on patients during pregnancy can help reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy,which is of great significance for improving fertility quality.
