摘 要:目的:探讨化学发光免疫法(CLIA)在乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取84例疑似乙肝患者为研究对象,均行实时荧光定量PCR、CLIA和酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测。以实时荧光定量PCR检测结果为金标准评定CLIA和ELISA检测对乙肝的诊断效能。结果:CLIA检测与ELISA检测诊断乙肝的特异度、阳性预测值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CLIA检测的灵敏度、准确度、阴性预测值高于ELISA检测,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CLIA检测诊断乙肝的灵敏度、准确度和阴性预测值均高于ELISA检测。Objective:To investigate application value of chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA)in diagnosis of viral hepatitis B.Methods:84 patients with suspected hepatitis B were selected as the research objects,and were all tested by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR,CLIA and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Using the real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR test results as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficiencies of CLIA and ELISA for hepatitis B were assessed.Results:There were no statistical differences in the specificity and the positive predictive value between CLIA and ELISA in the diagnosis of hepatitis B(P>0.05).The sensitivity,accuracy,and negative predictive value of CLIA were higher than those of ELISA,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The sensitivity,accuracy,and negative predictive value of CLIA are higher than those of ELISA.
