摘　　要：目的:观察鸟巢式体位联合安抚奶嘴对新生儿静脉穿刺疼痛的影响。方法:选取该院收治的96例需要静脉注射治疗的新生儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组采用安抚奶嘴干预,观察组采用鸟巢式体位联合安抚奶嘴干预,比较两组患儿疼痛评分,静脉穿刺前后心率、呼吸频率及哭闹持续时间。结果:观察组患儿疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);穿刺后两组心率、呼吸频率均高于穿刺前,但观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组哭闹持续时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鸟巢式体位联合安抚奶嘴可以缓解新生儿静脉穿刺疼痛,减少患儿应激反应及哭闹持续时间。Objective:To observe effects of bird nest position combined with pacifier on neonatal venipuncture pain.Methods:96 neonates who needed intravenous injection in the hospital were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group(n=48)and observation group(n=48)according to the random number table method.The control group was given the pacifiers,while the observation group used the bird nest position combined with pacifiers.Then,the pain score,heart rate,breathing rate and crying duration were compared between the two groups before and after the venipuncture.Results:The pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the puncture,the heart rate and respiratory rate of the two groups were higher than those before the puncture;those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the crying duration in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The bird nest position combined with pacifier can relieve the pain of neonatal venipuncture and reduce the stress response and the crying duration.
