摘　　要：针对新型相控阵雷达维修保障人才的培养现状,从专业知识和岗位能力两个方面研究了新型相控阵雷达维修保障人才的能力需求,围绕培养对象、培养目标、培养渠道、培养路径和考核评价五个要素构建了新型相控阵雷达维修保障人才培养体系,为新型相控阵雷达维修保障人才培养提供了有力支撑.In view of the cultivation status of new phased array radar maintenance support personnel, this article studies the capability requirements of maintenance support personnel for new phased array radar from two aspects of professional knowledge requirements and post capability requirements, and then centers on such five factors as training object, training target, training channel, training path and evaluation to establish the new phased array radar E4 maintenance support personnel training system, providing a strong support for personnel training of maintenance support for new phased array radar.
