摘  要:文章主要针对某纯电动车型在摸底试验中遇到的电安全问题,对车体的前排座椅后横梁形状进行改进,对高压线束布置进行调整,薄弱区域局部加强,对后纵梁根部形状进行改进,从而全方位对电池包及相应高压部件进行保护,避免在真实交通事故中出现短路、起火现象。此款车型的电安全保护不但可以满足传统的国标法规要求、相应等级的中国新车评价规程(C-NCAP)评价标准,还同时满足32 km/h侧柱碰和80 km/h后碰等严苛工况的评价要求,全方位保护乘员安全。Aiming at the electric safety problems of a battery electric vehicle in the fundamental test,this paper improves the shape of the front seat rear cross beam of the car body,adjusts the layout of the high-voltage harness,strengthens the weak area locally,and improves the root shape of the rear longitudinal beam,so as to protect the battery pack and corresponding high-voltage components in all directions and avoid short circuit and fire in real traffic accidents.The electric safety protection of this type of vehicle can not only meet the requirements of traditional national standards and regulations,the evaluation standard of corresponding level of China New Car Assessment Programme(C-NCAP),but also meet the evaluation requirements of severe working conditions such as 32 km/h side pole impact and 80 km/h rear impact,so as to protect the safety of passengers in an all-round way.
