摘　　要：随着汽车工业的发展,整车线束集成度增加,同时为了解决线束管路亏折问题,重卡车架纵梁前端采用长圆孔代替工艺圆孔设计。文章简单介绍两类工艺加工长圆孔及其优缺点。With the development of the automobile industry,the integration degree of the whole vehicle harness increases.At the same time,in order to solve the problem of the harness pipeline deficit,the front end of the heavy truck frame longitudinal beam adopts the long round hole instead of the process round hole design.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of processing for long round holes are briefly introduced.
