摘 要:在全球日益严峻和能源消耗和环保压力下,低碳低耗和环保已成为汽车开发过程中必须重视的问题,从而汽车轻量化设计已经成为各大主机厂和汽车开发公司都重视的一个方向。汽车轻量化设计可以提高汽车的综合性能使其更具市场竞争力,还能满足日益严苛的油耗问题和环保要求。在汽车开发中,整车重量管理对轻量化设计起着非常重要作。文章主要阐述整车重量管理在汽车开发过程中的应用和流程,为重量管理工作规范化和流程化提供参考。Under the pressure of the global increasingly serious energy consumption and the environmental protection,low carbon and energy consumption and environmental protection have become a problem that must be paid attention to,so the lightweight design of automobile has become a direction that major engine manufacturers and automobile development companies pay attention to.Vehicle lightweight design can improve the overall performance of the vehicle and make it more competitive in the market.It can also meet the increasingly stringent fuel consumption and environmental requirements.In the vehicle Development Process,the vehicle weight management plays an important role in lightweight design.This paper mainly expounds the application and process of vehicle weight management in the vehicle development process,and provides reference for the standardization and flow of weight management.
