摘　　要：中国特色社会主义法治体系是中国特色社会主义制度图谱的重要内容,清晰认识其制度属性有利于明确坚持和完善中国特色社会主义法治体系的前进方向和路径。从制度场域来看,党的领导是中国特色社会主义法治体系的根本政治保证,中国特色社会主义制度是中国特色社会主义法治体系的坚实制度基础;从制度立场来看,坚持以人民为中心是中国特色社会主义法治体系的鲜明立场;从制度结构来看,中国特色社会主义法治体系是依法治国和依规治党辩证统一的整体,是法治诸要素、各环节有机联系的整体;从制度功能来看,中国特色社会主义法治体系是国家治理的骨干工程,是全面依法治国的总抓手,是提高党依法治国、依法执政能力的重要依托。The system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics is an important part of the panorama of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.A clear understanding of its attributes is conducive to the clear direction and path of adhering to and improving the system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.From the perspective of system field,the leadership of the party is the fundamental political guarantee and the socialist system with Chinese characteristics is the fundamental institutional foundation of the system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.From the perspective of system position,it is a clear stand that people are the center of the system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.From the perspective of system structure,the system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics is a dialectical unity of the rule of law and the rule of the party in accordance with the rule of law.From the perspective of system function,the system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics is the backbone project of national governance,the overall focus of law-based governance,and an important support for improving the party's law-based governance and law-based administration.
