摘 要:水体中嗜肺军团菌可引起军团菌病。酶底物法定量检测水体中嗜肺军团菌是一种新方法。文中应用酶底物法与过滤培养法检测非饮用水中嗜肺军团菌,使用SPSS软件进行统计分析。两种方法灵敏度分别为89.29%(25/28)和64.29%(18/28)。定性结果经McNemar检验,差异无统计学意义(P=0.092),定量结果具有相关性(皮尔逊相关系数为0.718,P=0.000)。结果显示,酶底物法和过滤培养法对非饮用水中嗜肺军团菌的检出结果具有一致性。酶底物法灵敏度更高,操作流程简单,具有很好的应用前景。Legionella pneumophila in water is the primary species associated with Legionnaires’disease.Enzyme substrate technique for quantitative detection of Legionella pneumophila in water is a new method.In this study,Legionella pneumophila in nonpotable water was detected by enzyme substrate method and filter culture method.The sensitivity of the two methods was 89.29%(25/28)and 64.29%(18/28),respectively.There was no significant difference in the qualitative results by McNemar test(P=0.092),and quantitative results were correlated(Pearson correlation coefficient was 0.718,P=0.000).Results showed that the detection of Legionella pneumophila in nonpotable water by enzyme substrate method and filter culture method were consistent.Enzyme substrate method has higher sensitivity,simple operation process and then has good application prospect.
