摘 要:针对水源水质存在的微污染问题及出水水质提升的需求,在水厂常规处理工艺基础上增加了后置下向流臭氧-生物活性炭深度处理工艺,解决了一般常规处理工艺难以消除的微污染问题,使处理水质得到了全面提升。工艺设计上对布置形式、池型选择、设计参数、设备选型进行了优化,将深度处理工艺后置,采用较厚炭层和砂层的下向流活性炭翻板滤池,并在预臭氧和后臭氧-炭滤工艺处分别设置超越管,保证了深度处理效果优良及工艺运行操作灵活。通过对工艺的技术和经济分析总结,为水质提升工程提供应用经验。Based on conventional treatment process of water treatment plant(WTP),advanced treatment process of backward flow ozone-bioactive carbon is added to solve the problem of micro-pollution,which is difficult to be eliminated by conventional treatment process.In the process design,the layout form,pool type selection,design parameters and equipment selection are optimized.The advanced treatment process is backward,the lower flow activated carbon flap-type filter with thicker carbon layer and sand layer is adopted,and the overrun tube is set up in the pre-odor oxygen and post-ozone-carbon filter respectively,which ensures the excellent advanced treatment effect and the flexible operation of the process.The technical and economic effects of the process are analyzed,providing application experience for water quality improvement project.
