摘  要:城市居民生活用水指标对各地区用水规划、地方用水定额标准和阶梯水价制定具有十分重要的作用,同时也是编制节水政策及其考核标准的重要依据。通过对全国大陆地区627个城市2010年以来人均居民生活用水情况的分析,探讨《城市居民生活用水量标准》(GB 50331—2002)中的地域分区和各区人均居民生活用水量指标,分析城市规模与人均居民生活用水的关系,并在此基础上提出了相关指标的修订建议,以期能对指标修订和实用选取提供更合理、更便捷的参考。结果表明:《城市居民生活用水量标准》中地域分区较合理,个别地区可稍作优化,但各区用水指标下限均过高、上限稍偏低;总体而言,超大城市间人均居民生活用水量较相似且较稳定,其下限为5类城市中最高,除超大城市外,随城市规模变小其人均用水量上限、下限、均值和中位线值均逐渐减小。Indicators for city’s residential water use plays an important role in water use planning and the establishment of local water quota and step water price.Meanwhile,it is an important evidence for formulating water-saving policies and assessment standards.Based on the analysis of per capita domestic water consumption of 627 cities at home since 2010,regional division and per capita domestic water consumption indicators in Standard of Water Quantity for City’s Residential Use(GB 50331—2002)are discussed.Relationship between city size and per capita domestic water consumption is also analyzed.Finally,some suggestions for the revision of indicators are put forward in order to provide more reasonable and convenient reference for the revision and practical selection.The analysis shows that regional division in Standard of Water Quantity for City’s Residential Use is reasonable,and some areas can be optimized slightly,but the minimum value of water use indicators in each area is inappropriately high,and the maximum value is slightly low.In addition,per capita domestic water consumption of super cities are relatively similar and stable,and in the same region it’s minimum value is the highest in five types of cities.Except for super cities,the maximum,minimum,mean and median values of per capita water use decrease with the size of cities gradually.
