摘  要:为了提高一级打叶中打叶去梗的效率,在宣威复烤厂中,根据烟厂厂内生产线的实际试验结果,通过在一级打叶中改变打叶机的进料量、打辊转速、框栏开口3个参数,研究在不同参数试验下,一打后的大叶率、中叶率、小叶率、叶片率、叶含梗率、梗率、碎片率之间的差异,从而找出提高一级打叶中打叶去梗效率的方法。试验结果表明,在适当加大进料量和降低框栏开口的前提下,可以提高出片率,提高去梗率,但同时会加大叶中含梗率和碎片率。通过相关分析和回归分析,研究一打中进料量、框栏开口、打辊转速与大叶、中叶、小叶、叶片、梗叶、梗、碎片之间的关系,从而更好地实现打叶参数化控制,提高打叶去梗效率。In order to improve the efficiency of threshing and stalking in the first-level threshing,in Xuanwei re-baking plant,according to the actual test results of the production line in the tobacco factory,by changing the three parameters of the threshing machine in the first stage threshing,i.e.the feed quantity,the roller speed and the frame opening,this paper studies the differences between the big leaf rate,middle leaf rate,leaflet rate,leaf rate,leaf stalk rate,stalk rate and fragment rate after different parameter tests,thereby finding a way to improve the efficiency of threshing in the first stage of threshing.The test results show that under the premise of increasing the feed amount and reducing the opening of the frame column,the filming rate and the rate of de-stalking can be improved,but at the same time,the stalk rate and the fragment rate in the leaves are increased.Through correlation analysis and regression analysis,the relationship between the amount of feed,the opening of the frame and the rotation speed of the roller in the first threshing,with the big leaves,middle leaves,leaflets,leaves,leaves with stalks,stalks,and fragments were studied to better achieve parametric control of the threshing,and to improve the efficiency of threshing.
