摘 要:微孔层衰退是影响质子交换膜燃料电池寿命的重要因素之一,国内外学者对阴极微孔层衰退已经进行了广泛的研究。而电池在实际运行过程中极易发生反极,电池反极会使阳极产生高电势(1.6 V左右),可能会导致阳极微孔层衰退,目前关于阳极微孔层衰退的研究几乎没有报道。在电化学工作站上模拟了燃料电池阳极反极产生的高电势(1.6 V),对阳极微孔层电化学腐蚀进行了研究。研究发现,在反极电势下腐蚀后,微孔层疏水性急剧降低、MPL表面形成明显的孔洞、孔径减小且电池性能急剧下降,这表明微孔层发生严重的碳腐蚀,严重降低微孔层的水管理能力。该研究结果对开发抗反极微孔层具有重要意义。The micro-porous layer(MPL)degradation is one of the important factors affecting the durability of proton exchange membrane fuel cells,and scholars have conducted extensive research on the MPL degradation of cathode.However,the cell reversal is extremely to occur during the actual operation,which can produce a high potential(about 1.6 V)at anode,leading to the decay of the anode MPL.At present,there is almost no report on the decay of the anode MPL.The high potential(1.6 V)generated by cell reversal on anode was simulated on an electrochemical workstation,and the electrochemical corrosion of the MPL was studied.The study shows that after corrosion,the hydrophobicity of the MPL significantly decreases,the corrosion holes form on the surface of the micro-porous layer,and the pore diameter decreases,resulting in the degradation of the cell performance.This indicates that serious carbon corrosion occurs in the MPL,which seriously reduces the water management capability.The result is important for developing MPL tolerant cell reversal.
