摘  要:各种雷用引信电源要求采用体积小、质量轻、温度范围宽,贮存寿命长的电池,以适应各种不同地理区域的应用。因引信为整体封装,且寿命一般为10年而电池贮存寿命5年。若每5年都更换电池,遇野外更换情况会存在较大安全风险。目前,锂原电池的长期贮存是源于产品寿命到期后返回生产厂才有机会进行测试。我厂为某产品定制小型全密封锂/亚硫酰氯电池,实际搁置12年后,经测试仍然满足使用。以ER14150电池为研究对象,采用高温加速贮存的方法,对贮存不同周期的电池性能进行测试。通过对不同贮存时间电池的性能数据进行对比、分析,总结了贮存过程电池性能变化趋势,由此验证了高温加速贮存实验方法的正确性和可靠性。Various fuze power supplies for torpedo require batteries with small size,light weight,wide temperature range,and long storage life to adapt to applications in various geographical regions.The fuze is packaged as a whole and its life is generally 10 years,but the battery storage life is 5 years.If the battery is replaced every 5 years,there will be a greater safety risk in case of field replacement.At present,the long-term storage of lithium primary batteries is due to the testing opportunity after returning to the production plant in the end of product life.A small fully sealed lithium/thionyl chloride(Li/SOCl2)battery was customized for a product in our factory.After 12 years of actual storage,it was still satisfactory after testing.By taking ER14150 battery as the research object,the method of accelerated storage at high temperature was adopted to test the performance of battery in different storage periods.By comparing and analyzing the performance data of batteries at different storage times,the change trend of battery performance during storage was summarized,thereby verifying the correctness and reliability of the test method of accelerated storage at high temperatures.
