摘　　要：目的了解中国儿童监护人对预防接种服务的满意度和影响因素。方法采用分层随机抽样方法抽取全国15个省份46个县区276个村6-23月龄儿童监护人,调查对19项预防接种服务内容的满意度,进行描述性分析和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果调查对象对预防接种服务的整体满意度为75.58%(2077/2748),各项服务内容的满意度在76.13%(接种门诊等待时间)-95.82%(接种后记录)之间。Logistic回归分析显示,调查对象的职业、居住地区类型、接受预防接种地点是影响其预防接种服务整体满意度的因素。结论儿童监护人对预防接种服务的整体满意度较好,需针对薄弱环节改善预防接种服务质量。Objective To measure satisfaction with vaccination services and factors influencing satisfaction among children’s guardians in China.Methods We used a stratified random sampling method to select guardians of 6-23-month-old children from 276 villages in 46 counties of 15 provinces.We surveyed guardians on the satisfaction with 19 aspects of vaccination services for a descriptive analysis.We determined factors influencing satisfaction using multivariate logistic regression.Results Overall satisfaction with vaccination services was 75.58%(2077/2748),ranging from 76.13%for clinic waiting time,to 95.82%for post-vaccination record keeping.Logistic regression showed that occupation,residency area,and vaccination site influenced overall satisfaction with vaccination services.Conclusion Satisfaction with vaccination services showed a good profile among children’s guardians.We should further improve vaccination services,focusing on weaker aspects.
