摘　　要：目的评估家长对入托入学儿童预防接种证查验工作的认知和影响因素。方法采用分层整群抽样方法在湖北省4个县18所幼儿园和小学选择新入学儿童的家长开展问卷调查,分析家长对接种证查验工作的态度、知晓率及其影响因素。结果在1900名儿童家长中,认为疫苗安全、疫苗有效、接种证查验必要、接种犹豫的家长比例分别为81.9%、77.4%、96.8%、14.4%。家长对接种证查验、疫苗补种工作的知晓率分别为99.2%、97.2%。Logistic回归分析显示,地区、与儿童关系、疫苗安全性认知、疫苗有效性认知显著影响家长知晓率;学校类型、疫苗安全性认知显著影响家长对接种证查验必要性的态度。结论儿童家长对入托入学儿童预防接种证查验工作的认知度较高;需针对性地加强接种证查验工作和预防接种知识宣传。Objective To evaluate parental attitudes and awareness of immunization certificate inspection(ICI)for children entering kindergarten and school,and factors associated with parental attitudes and awareness.Methods We used a stratified cluster random sampling technique to select parents of newly-entering children in 18 kindergartens and primary schools in 4 counties of Hubei province for a questionnaire-based survey.We analyzed parental attitudes and awareness of ICI and determined factors associated with attitudes and awareness.Results Of 1900 parents surveyed,81.9%,77.4%,96.8%,and 14.4%believed vaccine safe,believed vaccine effective,believed ICI necessary,and had vaccine hesitancy,respectively;99.2%and 97.2%were aware of ICI and catch-up vaccination for missed opportunities.Logistic regression showed that region,relationship with the child,attitudes toward vaccine safety,and attitudes toward vaccine effectiveness were significantly associated with parental awareness;institution of the entry check and attitudes to vaccine safety were significantly associated with parental attitudes toward the necessity of ICI.Conclusions Parents had high awareness and acceptance of ICI for children entering kindergarten and school.We should strengthen ICI and vaccination knowledge among parents.
