广东省2015-2018年多联疫苗及其所含成分疫苗疑似预防接种异常反应监测分析

摘　　要：目的分析广东省多联疫苗及其所含成分疫苗疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)发生率。方法通过中国AEFI信息管理系统收集2015-2018年广东省无细胞百白破联合疫苗(DTaP)、b型流感嗜血杆菌结合疫苗(Hib)、脊髓灰质炎灭活疫苗(IPV)、无细胞百白破b型流感嗜血杆菌联合疫苗(DTaP-Hib)、无细胞百白破灭活脊髓灰质炎和b型流感嗜血杆菌联合疫苗(DTaP-IPV/Hib)的报告AEFI数据,分析报告发生率。结果2015-2018年广东省DTaP、Hib、IPV、DTaP-Hib、DTaP-IPV/Hib的AEFI报告发生率(/10万剂)分别为31.74、19.81、12.46、79.67、79.03;其中一般反应分别为26.91、14.47、8.28、68.82、69.97;异常反应分别为3.99、4.13、2.95、8.03、6.19,其中过敏性皮疹报告发生率(/10万剂)分别为3.53、3.68、2.60、6.94、5.42。结论广东省2015-2018年多联疫苗及其所含成分疫苗AEFI发生率均未超过预期且严重反应极罕见,接种多联疫苗不增加异常反应发生率。Objective To estimate the incidence of adverse events following immunization(AEFIs)with combination vaccines and their component vaccines in Guangdong province.Methods We collected AEFI data for diphtheria,tetanus and acellular pertussis combined vaccine(DTaP),Haemophilus influenza type b vaccine(Hib),inactivated poliovirus vaccine(IPV),DTaP and Hib combined vaccine(DTaP-Hib),and DTaP,IPV and Hib combined vaccine(DTaP-IPV/Hib)reported to the China AEFI Information Management System during 2015-2018 in Guangdong.We conducted a descriptive analysis of AEFI incidence.Results Reported AEFI incidences per 100000 doses for DTaP,Hib,IPV,DTaP-Hib,and DTaP-IPV/Hib during 2015-2018 in Guangdong were 31.74,19.81,12.46,79.67,and 79.03,respectively,with rates of 26.91,14.47,8.28,68.82,and 69.97 for common vaccine reactions,and rates of 3.99,4.13,2.95,8.03,and 6.19 for rare vaccine reactions.Reported incidence rates of allergic rash for the five vaccines were 3.53,3.68,2.60,6.94,and 5.42 per 100000 doses.Conclusions The AEFI incidences of combination vaccines and their component vaccines were not higher than the expected during 2015-2018 in Guangdong.Serious reactions were extremely rare,and use of combination vaccines did not increase adverse reactions.
