摘 要:通过创建集中供热系统动态数学模型,对供热系统常规控制策略和改进控制策略进行仿真。研究结果表明,采用换热站升级控制策略,可获得16%的节热量和49%的节电量;同时确定在保证室内温度的情况下室外温度、回水温度及二次网供回水温度之间的模拟关系,为热力公司优化运行提供借鉴。通过实际现场检测,应用二次网温差控制,可显著降低换热站能耗指标。By developing a dynamic mathematical model of a district heating system, the normal and improved control strategies were studied based on simulations. It was shown that, the improved control strategy could obtain heat and electricity savings about 16% and 49% respectively. Meanwhile, the relationship among outside temperature, return water temperature and the difference between supply water and return water temperature in the secondary system has been simulated and shown with equations in the situation of maintaining design indoor temperature. This control strategy may be considered for optimal operation of district heat companies as reference. Based on real operation and measurement data, by using the 2 nd supply and return temperature difference control strategy, the energy consumption in the substation was decreased significantly.
