摘  要:渤海A油田储层中低孔渗、储层薄、隔层长、产能低,开发难度大。为实现高质高效开发,采用水力喷砂射孔压裂增产技术在A40井进行先导性探索应用。基于伯努利原理,通过喷嘴喷射的高速流体加上石英砂喷射开套管,带来局部负压,实现层间动态封隔;通过钻杆加砂环空同时补液,实现喷砂射孔和水力压裂一体化。在A40井实际应用,避免了常规射孔对地层的压实作用,改善了近井筒摩阻,减少了储层污染。油井实际产能较钻后配产提高60%,实现了一趟管柱完成两层射孔和压裂作业;水力动态封隔代替机械和化学封隔,降低井下作业复杂情况发生概率,节省器材费用。该技术实施风险低、工艺简单、择井范围宽、效益高,具有较好的推广价值。Bohai A oilfield has the characteristics of low porosity,low permeability,thin thickness,long interlayer and low productivity,which makes it difficult to develop.In order to realize high quality and high efficiency development,hydraulic sand-jetting perforating and fracturing stimulation technology was pilot to apply in Well A40.Based on Bernoulli′s principle,the high-speed fluid with quartz sand injected through the nozzle perforates the casing,which brings the local negative pressure and realizes the dynamic interlayer isolation.By adding sand to drilling pipe and replenish liquid to annulus,integration of sand-jetting perforating and hydraulic fracturing can be realized.In the practical application of Well A40,the compaction effect of conventional perforating on formation is avoided and the friction near wellbore and the reservoir damage is reduced.The actual production capacity of the well increased by 60%compared with the post-drilling production.Perforation and fracturing can conducted for two layers by a trip of string.Hydraulic dynamic isolation can replace mechanical and chemical isolation to reduce the probability of complex situations and save equipment costs.The technology has the advantages of low risk,simple process,wide range of well selection and high benefit,and is worth promoting.
