外剥内扎联合减张术治疗环形混合痔的临床研究

摘　　要：为探讨外剥内扎联合减张术治疗环形混合痔的临床疗效,将120例环形混合痔患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例。治疗组采用外剥内扎联合减张术治疗,对照组采用传统外剥内扎术治疗。比较两组临床疗效、术后疼痛、创面水肿及肛门狭窄等。结果显示,治疗组疗效明显高于对照组,在术后疼痛、创面水肿及术后肛门狭窄等方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,外剥内扎联合减张术治疗环形混合痔疗效确切,能减少术后并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。This study was to investigate the clinical effect of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids(CMH)surgically treated with external dissection&internal ligation plus relaxation procedure,randomly divided 120 CMH patients into treatment group(60 cases,adopted above combination procedure)and control group(60 cases,alone external dissection&internal ligation);then,compared both groups’clinical effect,as well postoperative pain,edema of wound-surface,and anal stenosis were respectively and significantly higher,as well superior to control group(P<0.05).Results show that the combination procedure for CMH has more certain effect,and less complication than alone external dissection&internal ligation.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
