苦参汤加味联合蒙脱石散治疗老年失禁性肛周皮炎30例疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察苦参汤加味熏洗坐浴联合蒙脱石散外涂治疗老年失禁性肛周皮炎的临床效果,将60例老年失禁性肛周皮炎患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组采用苦参汤加味熏洗坐浴联合蒙脱石散局部外涂,对照组采用温水坐浴后以红霉素软膏局部外涂。比较治疗后2组总有效率和皮损情况。结果显示,观察组总有效率高于对照组,治疗结束后第5天肛周皮炎皮损情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,苦参汤加味熏洗坐浴联合蒙脱石散外涂治疗老年失禁性肛周皮炎疗效显著,且能降低肛周皮炎皮肤损伤程度,提高患者生活质量。This study was to investigate the clinical effect of modified Kushen Tang(a TCM formula)plus montmorillonite powder(MP)in the treatment of senior incontinence associated perianal dermatitis(IAPAD),randomly divided 60 senior with IAPAD into observation group(30 cases,adopted the Kushen Tang for sitz bath&fuming-wash,combined with MP for local external painting)and control group(30 cases,warm water for sitz bath,afterwards,locally externally painting erythromycin ointment);then,compared both groups’total effective rate and skin lesion.As results,in total effective rate,and skin lesion on the 5 th day after the end of treatment,observation group was higher than,and superior to control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that for senior IAPAD Kushen Tang plus MP has significant effect,also can reduce skin lesion degree,thus enhance patients’quality of life.
