摘　　要：辨证论治结局评价是中医临床疗效评价的难点。中医医生为辨证论治过程的主导,但其对疗效评价的影响则未见明确阐释。以中医医生报告结局为议题,利用定性研究方法,采用文献回顾、对比分析、病历回顾、访谈及现场调查等方法,对中医医生报告结局概念进行界定,分解其域体系,明晰对中医医生报告结局的认识,探讨其在辨证论治结局评价中的地位和意义,为后续研究提供思路。Evaluation of the outcome of syndrome differentiation is always a difficult point in the evaluation of clinical effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). TCM doctors play a dominant role in the treatment of syndrome differentiation, but there was no clear explanation for the influence of doctors on the treatment assessment. Based on the issues of doctor-reported outcomes(DRO) in TCM, using qualitative research methods, and specific methods such as literature review, comparative analysis, medical record review, interview and on-site investigation, the author introduces the concept of DRO-TCM, clarifies the domains, clearly analyzes the knowledge of DRO-TCM, and discusses the status and significance in evaluation of the outcome of syndrome differentiation, to provide ideas for follow-up research.
