摘  要:以甲基含乙烯基硅油,甲基含氢硅油等为原料制备了一种双组分加成型硅橡胶胶粘剂,利用示差扫描量热仪(DSC)对其固化动力学进行了研究。采用T-β外推法确定了该体系的特征温度:凝胶温度60.5℃,固化温度81.2℃,后处理温度92.1℃。根据Kissinger、Ozawa和Crane法建立了该体系的固化动力学方程并通过实验验证了该方程的可靠性。提出了3种固化工艺方案,制备得到的样品的力学性能(硬度、拉伸强度及断裂伸长率)均满足需求。The two-component addition-type silicone rubber adhesive was prepared with methyl vinyl silicone oil and methyl hydrogen silicone oil as raw materials,and its curing kinetics was studied using differential scanning calorimeter(DSC). The characteristic temperature gel temperature,curing temperature and post-treatment temperature of the system determined by T-β extrapolation method were 60.5,81.2 and 92.1 ℃,respectively. The curing kinetics equation of the system was established according to Kissinger,Ozawa and Crane methods,and the reliability of the equation was verified through experiments. Three curing process schemes were proposed,and the mechanical properties(hardness,tensile strength,and elongation at break)of the prepared samples met the requirements.
