摘 要:报道了一种采用新型二维材料二硒化铪可饱和吸收体的被动调Q掺铒光纤激光器。通过机械剥离法制备了二硒化铪薄片,将其作为可饱和吸收器件插入掺铒光纤激光器谐振腔内,实现了稳定的调Q脉冲激光输出。在泵浦功率为140 mW时,通过控制偏振控制器调节谐振腔内的偏振状态,获得了中心波长为1532.3 nm,3 dB谱线宽度为0.68 nm的稳定调Q脉冲输出;当泵浦功率增加到360 mW时,脉冲输出的重复频率从42.3 kHz变化到88.2 kHz,脉冲宽度从3.3μs变化到1.8μs。实验结果表明,在最大泵浦功率处,光纤激光器输出的最大功率为6.1 mW,单脉冲能量为68.5 nJ。We report a passively Q-switched Er-doped fiber laser based on a new type of two-dimensional material HfSe2 saturable absorber.HfSe2 flake is prepared by the mechanical exfoliation method and inserted into the erbium-doped fiber laser cavity to achieve a stable Q-switched laser pulse output.When the pump power is 140 mW,a stable Q-switched pulse is obtained by rotating the polarization controller,whose stable output has a center wavelength of 1532.3 nm and a 3 dB spectral line width of 0.68 nm.When the pump power increases from 140 mW to 360 mW,the repetition rate of the pulse output increases from 42.3 kHz to 88.2 kHz,and the pulse duration changes from 3.3μs to 1.8μs.The experimental results show that the maximum output power of the fiber laser is 6.1 mW and the single pulse energy is 68.5 nJ at the maximum pump power.
