电商时代下江苏农产品冷链物流运作模式选择

摘　　要：以电商时代下江苏农产品冷链物流为研究对象,介绍其定义以及发展现状、目前的研究现状,构建指标层次结构图,并采用AHP和熵权法的综合权重与改进的TOPSIS法对"直销零售"模式、"电商+冷链+智能菜柜"模式以及"产地仓直采"模式进行计算,最终得出"产地仓直采"模式为电商时代下江苏省农产品冷链物流最佳的运作模式.采用该模式不仅可以实现农产品的保值保质,满足人民日益增长的隔时空的个性化需求,更适应了电商时代的发展趋势.This paper mainly took Jiangsu agricultural cold chain logistics as the research object in the E-commerce era,introduced its definition and development status,current research status,constructed a hierarchy chart of indicators,and used the comprehensive weights of the AHP and entropy weight methods and the improved TOPSIS method to "direct retail" model, " E-commerce + cold chain + smart vegetable cabinet" model,and " origin direct harvesting" model were calculated,and the " origin direct harvesting" model was finally concluded as the cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Jiangsu under the E-commerce era best operating model. Adopting this model not only can realize the preservation and quality preservation of agricultural products,and meet the increasing individualized needs of the people over time and space,but also adapt to the development trend of the E-commerce era.
