摘　　要：李坤寅教授认为肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的病机特点是以脾肾阳虚或者肾阴阳两虚为本,痰湿阻滞为标。治疗特色为辨病与辨证结合,多以补肾健脾、平补肾阴肾阳、化痰祛湿为中医治疗大法,脾肾阳虚运用四君子汤加苍附导痰汤结合右归丸加减治疗,肾阴阳两虚用金匮肾气丸加减治疗,兼顾使用中医周期疗法,同时李教授还特别重视调节患者情绪,并配合生活方式的调整综合治疗本病,在临床取得很好疗效。Professor Li Kunyu believes that the pathogenesis of obesity-type polycystic ovary syndrome is characterized by spleen and kidney yang deficiency or kidney yin and yang deficiency,and phlegm block is the standard.The treatment features are the combination of disease differentiation and dialectical,mostly with the method of tonifying kidney and spleen,tonifying kidney yin and kidney yang,eliminating phlegm and clearing dampness.The spleen and kidney yang deficiency is treated with Sijunzi decoction and Cangfu Daotan decoction combined with Zuogui pill.Kidney yin and yang deficiency combined with Jingui Shenqi pills treatment,taking into account the use of traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy,while Professor Li also pays special attention to adjusting patient mood,and comprehensive treatment of this disease in line with lifestyle adjustments.It has achieved good curative effect in clinical medicine.
