复方丁香开胃贴联合穴位按摩对结肠镜检查后护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复方丁香开胃贴联合中医穴位按摩对结肠镜检查后护理满意度的影响。方法选取收治的120例接受结肠镜检查的患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各60例。对照组患者予以常规护理措施联合腹部按摩,治疗组在对照组的基础上予以复方丁香开胃贴联合中医穴位按摩进行干预。结果治疗组患者护理满意度为93.33%,显著优于对照组的60.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组患者腹胀改善情况显著优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论复方丁香开胃贴联合中医穴位按摩可起到条畅气机、调和气血的功效,促进检查后肠道正常蠕动恢复,实现短期内缓解甚或消除结肠镜检术后腹胀感的目的,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of compound Dingxiang Kaiwei paste combined with acupoint massage on nursing satisfaction after colonoscopy.Methods A total of 120 patients receiving colonoscopy in our hospital were selected as research objects.Using random number table method,60 patients were divided into control group and treatment group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures combined with abdominal massage,and patients in the treatment group were given compound Dingxiang Kaiwei paste combined with acupoint massage in the control group for intervention.Results The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the treatment group was 93.33%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(60.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of abdominal distension in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Dingxiang Kaiwei paste combined with acupoint massage of traditional Chinese medicine can play a role in smoothing qi and regulating qi and blood,promote the normal perioperative recovery of the intestinal tract after examination,achieve the goal of relieving or even eliminating abdominal distension after colonoscopy in a short term,improve nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical application.
