摘　　要：目的探讨中药熏洗配合中医手法联合治疗肘部外伤后关节僵硬的临床效果。方法纳入2018年5月—2019年6月进行治疗的77例患者进行研究,依据治疗方案不同分为中医组47例和西医组30例。西医组患者接受西医康复锻炼治疗,中医组患者接受中药熏洗+中医手法治疗。比较2组患者疗程结束后治疗效果以及疼痛评分、肘关节无痛屈曲度、肘关节功能性评分检测结果。结果中医组患者疗程结束后治疗总有效率高于西医组,差异显著(P <0.05);中医组患者疗程结束后VAS评分低于西医组,肘关节无痛屈曲度及肘关节功能性评分均高于西医组,差异显著(P <0.05)。结论中药熏洗配合中医手法联合治疗肘部外伤后关节僵硬疗效显著,值得临床推荐。Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with traditional Chinese medicine manipulation in the treatment of ankylosis of elbow joint after trauma.Methods 77 patients who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled in the study.According to different treatment schemes,they were divided into 47 cases of traditional Chinese medicine group and 30 cases of Western medicine group.Western medicine group received western medicine rehabilitation exercise treatment,while traditional Chinese medicine group received Chinese medicine fumigation and washing plus traditional Chinese medicine manipulation treatment.The therapeutic effect,pain score,painless flexion of elbow joint and functional score of elbow joint were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of TCM group was higher than that of Western medicine group(P<0.05).The VAS score of TCM group was lower than that of Western medicine group after treatment,and the pain-free flexion of elbow joint and functional score of elbow joint were higher than those of Western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with traditional Chinese medicine manipulation is effective in treating stiffness of elbow joint after trauma,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
