以五行学说分析喜悦音乐对肿瘤患者悲忧情绪的调节作用

摘　　要：目的观察喜悦音乐对恶性肿瘤患者悲忧情绪的缓解作用。方法筛选明确有悲伤、忧郁情绪的恶性肿瘤患者为受试对象,以欢快、喜悦的音乐进行干预,并以平和安静的音乐为对照组。观察音乐干预前后患者心理健康测试量表SCL-90的总分、总均分、各项因子分等的变化。结果音乐干预后观察组测试量表SCL-90的总分、总均分、阳性项目数、阳性症状均分均低于对照组(P <0.05);躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁及偏执的因子分,观察组均低于对照组(P <0.05)。焦虑的因子分比较,2组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论喜悦音乐干预对恶性肿瘤患者悲忧情绪具有一定缓解作用。Objective To observe the adjustment effect of joy music on the sadness and distress of cancer patients.Methods The cancer patients with clear sadness and distress as subjects were screened.They were intervened with cheerful and joyful music,and control with calm and quiet music.The changes in the total score,total average score,and various factor scores of the patient’s SCL-90(SymptomChecklist90)before and after music intervention were observed.Results After music intervention,the total score,total average score,number of positive items,and average scores of positive symptoms of the observation scale SCL-90 of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,factors of depression and paranoia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with anxiety factors,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The intervention of joy music has a certain alleviating effect on the sadness and distress of cancer patients。
