地龙散加味配合拔罐治疗急性腰扭伤临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察地龙散加味配合拔罐治疗急性腰扭伤效果。方法选取2017年3月—2018年3月收治的急性腰扭伤患者68例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法平均分为常规组和联合治疗组2组。常规组(34例)单用地龙散加味治疗,联合治疗组(34例)采用地龙散加味配合拔罐治疗。观察2组患者不同治疗前后腰部活动障碍量表评分和临床治疗总有效率的差异性。结果治疗后,联合治疗组腰部活动障碍量表评分(1.64±0.11)分,明显低于治疗前(P <0.05),且明显低于常规组(P <0.05);联合治疗组临床治疗总有效率为94.12%,明显高于常规组(P <0.05)。结论地龙散加味配合拔罐治疗急性腰扭伤效果显著,可明显缓解急性腰扭伤症状,减轻患者的痛苦,提高疗效,可推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of Dilong powder combined with cupping therapy on acute lumbar sprain.Methods 68 cases of acute lumbar sprain admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were studied,and were divided into two groups by random number method,namely the conventional group(34 cases)(Dilong powder)and the combined treatment group(34 cases)(Dilong powder combined with cupping therapy).The difference of lumbar mobility scale score and total clinical response rate before and after different treatments in 2 groups was observed.Results After treatment,the score of lumbar mobility scale(1.64±0.11)in the combined treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The total clinical response rate of the combined treatment group was 94.12%,which was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dilong powder combined with cupping therapy has a significant effect on acute lumbar sprain,which can significantly relieve the symptoms of acute lumbar sprain,relieve the pain of patients,improve the curative effect,and can be widely used.
