委中穴针刺方法的探析

摘　　要：四总穴是明代以前中医针灸大家们总结出来的经验,临床应用广泛。但笔者发现:足三里、合谷、列缺穴在临床使用过程中疗效确切,常规针法即可有效;而委中穴用常规针刺方法却疗效不明显。为此,笔者,在古籍中认真探究,发现委中穴治疗腰痛需要特殊的针刺方法,即刺络放血疗法。Sizong acupoint is the experience of Acupuncturists of traditional Chinese medicine before the Ming Dynasty,and it is widely used in clinical practice.However,the author found that Zusanli(ST36),Hegu(LI4)and Lieque(LU7)had definite effect in clinical use,and conventional needling method could be effective,while Weizhong(BL40)had no obvious effect with conventional needling method.Therefore,the author carefully explored in ancient books and found that the treatment of low back pain at Weizhong(BL40)needs special needling method,that is,blood letting therapy by pricking collaterals.
