中医情志护理联合ERAS理念在妇科围手术期干预中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨中医情志护理联合ERAS理念在妇科围手术期干预中的影响。方法选取收治的妇科围手术期患者60例,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各30例,对照组给予围手术期ERAS护理,治疗组在对照组的基础上予以中医情志护理。观察并比较2组患者的术后指标恢复情况和护理满意度。结果比较2组患者首次排气时间、首次排便时间、首次进食时间、首次下床时间及总住院时间等各项康复指标,发现治疗组各项指标均显著优于对照组(P <0.05);治疗组护理满意度为100.00%,对照组护理满意度为90.00%,治疗组的护理满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论中医情志护理联合ERAS理念在妇科围手术期可显著舒缓患者紧张情绪,减轻患者压力,时刻关注患者身体状况,给予及时的护理措施,提高护理满意度,对于妇科围手术期有较好的护理效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the influence of TCM emotional nursing combined ERAS concept in perioperative intervention of gynecology.Methods 60 cases of perioperative gynecological patients in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given perioperative ERAS nursing,and the treatment group was given TCM emotional nursing based on the control group.The postoperative index recovery and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The first time of exhaust,the first time of defecation,the first time of eating,the first time of getting out of bed and the total time of hospitalization was compared,and it was found that the indicators of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction was 100.00%in the treatment group and 90.00%in the control group.Nursing satisfaction in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The TCM emotional nursing combined ERAS in the perioperative period of gynecology can significantly relieve patients’tension,reduce the pressure of patients,constantly pay attention to patients’physical condition,give timely nursing measures,improve nursing satisfaction,has a good nursing effect in the perioperative period of gynecology,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
