穴位埋线法治疗过敏性鼻炎临床评述

摘　　要：过敏性鼻炎患病率逐年增加,作为针灸疗法延伸和发展的穴位埋线疗法,在治疗过敏性鼻炎应用中日益受到关注。本文复习了近年来采用穴位埋线疗法配合其他疗法治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床研究,发现单纯使用穴位埋线疗法,或穴位埋线疗法联合隔姜灸、自血、火针、刺络拔罐、耳穴、中药口服等疗法治疗过敏性鼻炎安全有效,副作用较少,临床应因人、因时、因地治宜选择使用。穴位埋线治疗过敏性鼻炎缺乏随机对照大样本研究,对其临床及机制仍需进一步研究。The incidence of allergic rhinitis is increasing year by year.As an extension and development of acupuncture therapy,acupoint catgut embedding therapy is increasingly concerned in the application of allergic rhinitis.This paper reviews the clinical studies on the treatment of allergic rhinitis by acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with other therapies in recent years.It is found that acupoint catgut embedding therapy alone,or acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with ginger separated moxibustion,self blood,fire needle,puncture and cupping,ear acupoints,oral Chinese medicine and other therapies are safe and effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,with fewer side effects.Clinical treatment should be based on people,time and local conditions Use.The treatment of allergic rhinitis with acupoint catgut embedding is lack of randomized controlled large sample study,and its clinical and mechanism still need further study.
